My dad used to have these too. I think he had one with Peerless as well. Wonder if he still has them.

View attachment 250361I was going through some old stuff last night and came across these. Just wanted to share. I was talking to my wife about how our younger Vols never knew the Tennessee that I grew up watching and just how great they were!

Happy New Year everyone, And GBO!
I have these too! My dad saved them, just found them this weekend. Think they are worth like $45-50 bucks a piece lol

Probably not worth much at all although some Vol fan might pay a dollar or two if you found them at a yard sale or flea market. No disrespect, I kept items like that all my life and it piled up so much that I had to get rid of much of it last year. I had 25-30 magazines (Athon's, Lindy's, etc) with Vol covers that I tried to give away on here last year if someone would just pay shipping and had zero bites. Ended up recycling them. I know, I know, it sounds sacrilegious but it had been piled up so long and I just couldn't move them again.

I think I still have a bunch of the Football Time in Tennessee mags as well. I might be willing to let those go too if someone wanted to pay shipping on them. I just couldn't throw those away.

Unlike current sports mag covers, TV Guide was national not regional. Folks in Oregon and Maine were seeing those at the time. Pretty special times.
