Got sidetracked in a Political thread a ended finding a bunch of old toy commercials on youtube. I remember all of these toys, but forgot just how much imaginination you needed to play with this stuff. The commercials are hilarious.

I remember getting this for Christmas when I was 7. Even at age 7 I found it strange that a superhero would wear a red jumpsuit.

I had the cycle. Built a ramp for him to jump the stairs. Never made it the 13 stairs on the down slope, but cleared the 6 steps to the landing before the 13 steps. 8 or 9 was the most he could go. Tuff as a boot, it lasted for years.

Matt Mason was pretty far back there. In the 70s, I had a bunch of the Johnny West figures and horses (long gone along with all my other childhood toys). I was always somewhat covetous of my neighbor's jumbo Shogun Warriors so when I was old enough and has the spare funds I bought the whole collection from various people on ebay. Godzilla is the only one I keep out in the open.
