Old Logo question

Watched the 86 Sugar Bowl last night after hearing Dale Jones on local radio

I really only remember the logo used by ABC for that season and never see it on a list of retro logos.

Does anyone have a clean copy of this logo for me to use as wallpaper or something. Always liked this "dragoon" look. Being a screen grab from a 35 year old standard definition youtube video makes this rather unusable as it is and a web search over the years has found nothing.

I remember a commemorative poster from that season had a large version of it but I lost that a long time ago.

That's not a great logo.. Maybe needs to be on the ash-heap of Vol logos. There are a few others that I won't mention that fit that category.

Edit: Just re-read this. I hate negativity, and just threw a big whopping meatloaf and potatoes dose of it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Appreciate the edit. I was thinking someone was having a bad quarantine morning.
It's not my favorite logo. I love the classing interlocking UT (below) that is rarely used anymore the best. Should be the primary logo for the baseball uniforms and caps.
Just love that this logo is associated with a very memorable team and game and would love to add to my digital file of logos. Yes. I have a file. Some I actually don't like at all

I've always liked that as well. Remember when it was on the 50?? The days before the power T was really "branded". This screen snap from 1980.

When I worked at UT we tried to find some clean art of this logo for a SugarVols reunion event and came up empty. Went through the physical archives of the 1983-86 seasons to try and find anything and came up empty. Primarily used the helmet as the logo during that period, along with two variations of the "StarVOLS" logo. But didn't find that anywhere.

I'm pretty sure that's the logo that was on the majority of the orange/white rain ponchos sold at the games in the 80s and early 90s, but mine is long gone.

I never really paid attention to that logo in watching a replay of that game.

Love that interlocking UT, Frye. The rifleman is my favorite, though.

Looking at these older logos brought a lot of memories of listening to John Ward with my dad. There once was a Tennessee walking horse paraded before the game. Was there ever a logo with that type horse. It seems there was but I don't remember for sure. Thanks for the help. Go VOLS!!
