OL depth looking forward

What is our OL depth going to look like next year? With Boulware leaving and Jones being done with football will we even have enough OL on roster to make a 2 deep?

Butch has decimated this roster. The Boulware thing was inexcusable.

You potentially get Hall back, and there are a few younger players that have yet to show whether they can play at this level. Niehaus has been in street clothes and no one knows why.

They'll have to find a center as they are losing both players with experience there.

Butch has not done a good job and development has been the biggest indictment.

Actually I think the number is 8, but that is very concerning considering how many of those would be coming off injuries.

It seems that finding offensive linemen is difficult for all teams. A lot of the recruits do not pan out. This position is on par with quarterbacks.

A new coach could take a team vote on allowing Boulware back in.

Scholarship OL for next year (not counting 2018 class) should be the following:
T. Smith
Hall
Ryan Johnson
Calbert
Brooks
Tatum
Niehaus
Locklear
Richmond

That is nine by my count. Did I miss any?

OK ....I saw the post about his neck injury which is certainly understandable , but the Boulware situation is inexcusable . I don't blame him for leaving the program .

Nope. You got everyone. Assuming they all return healthy. Which is why losing Boulware is a devastating blow right now, as is the Mays decommitt. Three of our returning linemen; Niehaus, Brooks, and Tatum are under 285.

Next coach may be able to convice Mays to rejoin UT.
