Upon limited research, the fastest any QB has returned from hand/wrist surgery is Russell Wilson in 4 weeks with a finger and Dak at 5 weeks with a thumb. Normal timeframe is 6-8 weeks at the earliest.

Honestly, I think that's exactly whats about to happen. The injury is on his throwing hand and there's no way you risk permanent injury coming back to soon. He's a Top 10 NFL lock imo.
