OKC vs Spurs WCF

The NBA should be absolutely embarrassed about how pathetic the officiating has been in the post season. Across the board.

Westbrook plays so big. How tall is he listed?

He has no neck and some broad shoulders, kinda like Eric Berry, and it looks to me like he plays big for his size. And he's been on Manu a lot. Tough guard for a pg.

Thunder has increased the lead 100-88.
The Thunder are pushing the Spurs around. 5:17 left.

36 points on 22 shots so far for the OKC bench, and SA with 22 on 19 shots. That's the difference, IMO.

21 Turnovers for Spurs, and 14 for Thunder. That's a major problem for Spurs.

Thunder hang on to beat Spurs 108 to 106. 3-2 lead for the Thunder, 3 game losing streak for the Spurs for the first time this season.

I hope people bashing Brooks after first two give him his due. His offensive sets are something Spoelstra should watch one Saturday morning instead of cartoons. When you have a great player give him the damn ball in a 1-4 with players spaced out and a shooter on both sides of him. It's not rocket science. The adjustments he made defending the screen and roll were beautiful and Tony Parker still can't effectively attack it. His composure when things go bad reflect in his team. He is quickly becoming my favorite coach. Not many guys can send Pop scrambling to find the right combinations especially since he went 50 days without a loss now to lose 3 straight.

His offensive sets blowing a 10 pt lead stunk and he was bailed out by a desperation 3 that put the game away.
Just sayin

Not really. It was Westbrook reverting back to an imbecile after playing under control for most part.

They didn't run any sets for Durant during that stretch. That's on the coach and the pg, as well as Durant. The only time he got the ball was when he got a rebound.

They also stopped playing fast and slowed the pace.

Still takes zero away from him and the adjustments he has made in this series defensively and every offensive set minus the last 2 minutes yesterday. Also, the last play was ran for Durant just well defended and Harden hit the 3. Durant has got to be more aggressive in getting his shot. Too many quiet times from him because he's too nice. And I agree they did slow down the pace, and it would have worked had it not been for very dumb turnovers. Liked that Brooks decided that Harden would be the one to take the ball up the court when he hit that 3 instead of Westbrook. He's a perfect fit for this team and their dynamic.

I predict the Thunder eliminate the Spurs in game 6 tonight winning by 11 points or more.
