So many rumors, and I tried searching. Maybe we should pin a thread to the top with who is on staff, what area they are coaching (if assigned), etc.

I'm at work so forgive me if I have missed a blatantly obvious post.

You can go to utsports.com and type in coaches in the search and it will show you all of them. Russell will be the ST coach, Terry Joseph is DB and recruiter, Darin Hinshaw will be QB coach, Baggett is WR coach. Others are self explanitory. Hope that helped some. Some may have dual roles as well.

Dooley, Chaney, and Baggett are the only ones with any title other than assistant coach under their names.

Yea, that's correct but Hinshaw was a QB coach, Russell was ST at L.Tech and Terry Joseph is a DB coach. I presume that's the role they will have with us as well. Maybe dual rolls as some do. Lance Thompson LB coach/recruiter.

the afternoon show on the Fan in Atlanta is reporting that Chuck Smith has accepted a position with UT. Their sources have confirm with the Jets too. I believe Chuck still lives in Atlanta and is very close with Matt Chernoff and Chuck Oliver as he has appeared on many of their shows. I feel comfortable saying that this is something you can book.

Curious why no one else has posted.

I think its all semantics at this point.

Dooley knows the new DC, and knows Smith will be approved.

The DC can't announce, and Rex Ryan shot his mouth off (go figure).

So he has "accepted," but probably not "signed." This, so they can play the media semantics game and keep from stepping on anyone's toes.

Which, I would guess, makes it down to Sunseri or Withers.

I think you are right on the money. I just thought there would be more chatter by now about CS. However, I am gun shy as well after all the misinformation that has been spewed.

Not sure wwhich of your two choices i would want as a DC. I like Withers I believe to be the best fit.
