Ok.. Something I heard on Memphis radio and Why is CDD like this?

You can't have people walking around your players and facilities at will. Who is or isn't an agent that could get your players in trouble? Who does or doesn't get paid to spy and report to your opponents? Put enough money in some people's hands and their loyalty gets warped. CDD is right to keep tight tabs on who floats in and when.
