Ecook is a beast
at least he tackles unlike the tennessee D.:shaking2::shaking2::shaking2::shaking2:
Vandy beat S.Carolina in back-to-back seasons: 1998 and 1999. That's 3 losses in 10 years to Vandy for the cocks.
Spurrier will have his team ready.
Our defense is worse than Vandy's - If you have a QB who has arms and is breathing then you have a good shot at putting up some big numbers on Tennessee's defense.
USC's defense might be the best we have faced so far.
USC - 38
Tenn - 16
The game is in Neyland Stadium. Statistically, USC and Georgia defenses are very similar. There is no way, unless Ainge gets hurt, that the Vols score less than 20 points in the game. If the Vols score more than 30, they will win. The Vols are 56-3 with Cutcliffe as OC and they score over 30.
Also, there is a dramatic difference in home and away performance. The Vols' rush defense is 191.8 ypg on the road, but only 102.3 ypg at home. Likewise, pass defense is 276.5 ypg on the road and 212.3 ypg at home. Scoring defense also drops significantly from 41.5 ppg on the road to 20.0 ppg at home. I don't see South Carolina scoring over 30 points in this game unless the Vols have special teams mishaps or turnovers.
