Ok, I'm sick of getting shafted for getting a next-gen system

In defense of chatt a little, I will say I do think it's kind of lame that you cannot play the PSN games you've already bought on the PS4. It's true, Microsoft did the same thing with XBLA, but to me it makes it a bit worse for the PS4 is you can play PSN games you bought on your PS3 on the Vita and vice versa (except for PSP titles). And they made a big deal about the connectivity between the Vita and the PS4, so I would think it wouldn't be too hard for them to do.

They did however make this well known before the launch, so no excuses, and it's probably been mentioned but I have a feeling eventually they'll release an update that allows you to play your old PSN games on the PS4, but for now, I guess tough luck.

I hope they do not do like Nintendo and release the same Virtual Console games on the Wii U that they did the Wii and give you the option to re-purchase them (albeit at a discount). You still can play them on your Wii U via your Wii emulator if you did the Wii transfer, but it's still kinda lame to make you pay anything for a game you have proof that you already bought. I get it's different programming and emulation and all, but still.

PSNow looks to be good step in the right direction. Not sure if it will somehow import your old games over (I doubt it) but it should at least give a pretty good library. I'm excited about it.

I honestly think it's lame if they make you re-purchase them. Your PSN account is universal, so they easily would be able to look in your purchase history/library and see what you purchased.

I mean if you bought say Syphon Filter in the PSOne classics on the PS3/Vita, and they make it available on PSNow, you should get to play it without additional charge.

I bought Final Fantasy VII, FF Tactics, and Resident Evil 2. I agree it's lame.
