Lol, I'm definitely not qualified to coach either! Yes, I believe if we are going to make a coaching change, then we need to make sure it is the right hire, and someone who is a proven winner. If we can't get the candidate we want for the job, then we need to consider that before we possibly get rid of Coach Dooley.
