How can anyone justify Steele? Last place every year he was HC at Baylor and had 1 conference win in 30+ attempts. Anyone, anyone?

He also ran the ball on 2nd down with 10 seconds left and the other team not having any timeouts up by 3 or 4. His team fumbled and ran the ball back for a TD. Instead of taking a knee.

Yup. And he's been passed around the SEC like a cheap whore on a street corner where everyone in there mother knows his tendency's.

I can't say, because I want to know who they would bring as coordinators and assistants. I am skeptical of anyone at this point, but I will support the new coach, until I have a reason not to.

IVe beginning to realize Tennessee fans are not going to be happy with anyone. The majority really believe it’s Gruden or bust or someone like Belicheck, Cowher, Saban or Urban Meyer will be jumping at the chance.

When you are coming off the worst season in a programs history, had multiple people turn you down....don’t expect the hottest coaches in the game to want anything to do with you.

This being said, I’m good with any of them. Let’s just hire someone and try to recruit some kids

Wrong. Lots of folks were happy with Leach or Brohm.

If these are truly the final 3 I need an address to mail my VFL card. I was a VFL until they sucked the life out of me. Name a team that hired a new coach this year you wouldn't trade with.

Phil apparently can. Most likely we will continue as the most bizarre athletics department in the nation will Phil driving the football team from his AD chair.

There have been multiple coaches with overwhelming support. Hell, last week one interviewed for the job.
