Offseason Over/Under Thread (2018 edition)

Premise is simple.... post a question and set the over/under.

Next poster answers if they think the final answer will be over or under with a reason why, if they prefer, then posts their own question with the over/under.

It's just an offseason time killer thread.

Fanbase morale and the weather are factors that will affect the attendance at the O&W game. Think clemson's crowd was 53K, they were a playoff team. 45K for us would be remarkable all things considered.
