Officials?

Probably won't be a huge issue,but will it be Pac-10 officials calling the game or are we bringing our own? I was thinking it was Pac-10 officials last year but could not recall. BTW first time poster.GO VOLS!!!

Usually, the visiting team supplies the refs...but not in the PAC 10...they want their refs at their stadiums for OOC games.

yea i heard that on sportstalk the other day that the pac 10 was the only conference that wouldn't let other conferences refs call games but if we end up like oklahoma this board will go into melt down mode

I expect to see one or two bogus calls but hopefully replay will help eliminate anything earthshattering.

Well we know for sure that SEC refs called last years game...and they must have did a good job because I dont ever remember them being in the game...

....except when they were signifying a Tennessee TD

They replayed the onside kick against Oklahoma and STILL didn't get it right.. so don't bank on it - conspiracy.

And refs would have more of a reason to make a few bogus calls after last years game (if they lost a money on the game ).

But hopefully it won't matter because we will be up enough.

Replay didn't correct two calls against Oklahoma last year.:crazy:
