Thanks, I have some catching up to do.... I have not watched/ followed any news, sports, politics or anything else for that matter since late September. Thinking about it, I have not had the TV on since Christmas when family came by.

Joe and TFG are good people.... We are all quirky and broken, that is how we all landed here....

But you ain't a weirdo, just a little off center like the rest of us. @Souce is taking a break or you would see the souce/tfg/joedawg love triangle in full bloom. TFG is like their mistress, telling them both what to do.

Good news on the politics front. All Americans are now holding hands and singing Kumbaya and getting along great despite differences.

Hope this isn’t because of your perceived idea that I “bowed up” on you making a joke about ski poles and hiking. I’d consider that quite light-hearted compared to a lot the Zone offers. The rest was just all in fun on my end. If that was too much, I’ll leave you be here. No need to leave.

This is how I've always understood it.

Hilary: "'Bow up' can also describe a person who is about to fight someone else. Example: He got the red ass and was all bowed up to punch that guy." Emily: "It comes from the idea of getting ready to fight, where a guy throws back his shoulders and his chest bows outward. So 'bow up' is equivalent to 'start a fight.
