Question for anybody who knows: Is a 5 star recruit,Rb, for instance, from the State of Tennessee
equivalent in speed, talent and overall ability to a 5 star Rb recruit from the State of Florida, Georgia, California, Texas, Ohio or anywhere??? I have heard that Tennessee's prospective D1 talent is somewhat less-talented than equivalent 5 stars from other states.

No, because each players is different

And 5 star talent is 5 star talent...regardless of state they play in. Each player brings different things to the table but they are typically similar in overall talent level and promise at the college level.
