Nice. Ask and ye shall receive...
Welcome to the land of delusional Vol freaks!...If you expect this team to beat any top 110 team with Crompton at QB, you're delusional. Maybe if we had Nick Stephens starting we'd have a 1% chance, but Crompton brings it down to 0%.
I'll watch the whole game either way, but I can't see it being pretty.

Yeah!
Maybe then the defenders will drop the 15 INTs Crompton will throw!
k:
Are you truly predicting we lose out the season?
I've seen the Big Orange win enough games that they weren't supposed to that I NEVER count them out. A single play can change a ball game. Do you remember South Bend?
Why do you think Stephens is better than Crompton? Do you really think it would be wise to break in a new QB at the Swamp against the defending national champs and No.1 team? Are you truly telling me you don't understand sarcasm?
I don't expect us to beat Auburn, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi or Alabama, I mean the other games we might have a shot at winning, but with Crompton starting, I don't trust anything. Unless Kiffin wises up and starts Stephens or the punter, we won't be in the post season.
I hope to god I'm wrong, I really do, but I just can't see much good coming with Crompton starting.
Dude, what the hell. Maybe you can get a job working every weekend for the fall since you don't need to watch any Tennessee football cause they suck so much. Are you truly telling me you don't understand sarcasm?

Sarcasm doesn't translate well into print.
Just reading what you wrote.
By the way, calm down, I think we are for the same team.
(note the bold print for emphasis)
We are for the same team. I just despise Crompton. Despise is actually a nice word. The guy is absolutely pitiful. And to think there was people who thought Ainge and Clausen were bad.

What the hell? You expect me to believe we can win games vs good teams when Crompton throws 3 INTs? Our defense is amazing, the rest of our offense is decent, but this guy kills every chance we have. We can't give Florida the ball in the redzone 3 times in a row. We'll leave the game losing by at least 21 then.

Stephens may not be SOOO SOOO SOOO much better, but he doesn't make as many mistakes as Crompton, and is much more mentally tough.
I don't think he'd throw the ball in to the ground and to the enemy in a 2 minute situation either.
I think we'd fare better breaking in a new QB against them than starting Crompton against them.
Again, I really want to be wrong, more than anything, but I just can't see Crompton bouncing back.
He looked good vs Western Kentucky, He was making the right reads and making accurate throws, and was doing decent against a pretty good UCLA secondary until he threw the pick. He doesn't have any mental toughness at all. He can't bounce back from a mistake.
They way crompton plays, what the worst that could happen if they change qb's, maybe win a game ?
