I stand behind him 100%. He is doing what he is supposed to do. If you think he ran off Pat Summitt then your an idiot. It was her decision to leave due to her health. Debbie Jennings has twisted the story around so much so people will feel sorry for her and has used Pat Summitt situation to her advantage. Dave Hart is making tough decisions and getting years and years of financial disasters heading in the right direction. He is our guy and there will be more tough decisions but HE IS OUR AD! Lets support him and his decisions!

I reserve the right to support him or support his resignation dependant on what comes out of the recent allegations brought against him.

Hart is doing his job. Y'all b*tch too much. He made the decision that was best for the University. No one knows what went down least not on this board

Shortly after being hired by U.T., Dave Hart made a statement that we hardly have any money in the bank and that "O Bama" has plenty of money. He said that he wanted us to build up our bank account.
One way to do that is to cut costs. The two quickest ways to cut cost is (1) Advertising & (2) Labor costs.
So, he combined the Male & FeMale Athletic Departments in a cost-cutting move. Debby grew accustomed to being there and didn't like a recently hired, male doing what she didn't agree with. So, she became insubordinate...
If the labor cuts included males and other females, the Debby is wasting her time on this issue. If she wasn't singled out, then she has no case.
I think she realizes that and is just using this in an effort to ruin Hart's reputation and possibly get Hart fired. Ruining his reputation on the national stage will hurt his chances of getting being hired at another major university.
In my opinion, she was not discriminated against and this is all an effort to screw with and embrrass Hart.

Y'all are thinking with your hearts and not your heads. Hart made the right call, I love Pat Summitt. I rank General Neyland 1) and Pat Summitt 1a) but it would have been POTENTIALLY cruel and POTENTIALLY borderline inhumane to let her coach another year. Her disease is merciless and devastatingly unpredictable. She could be in the middle of a game and literally forget where she is, or who she is.. I know people who have early onset and they have good days and horrible days. Running her out on the court on one of those bad days is not fair to anyone involved especially Pat. The inevitable progression of her disease should not be witnessed in the midst of the public and she deserved to be honored while she is still in a relatively stable mindset. She went out on the top and went out the GREATEST. The problem with the greatest is that they can never just walk away. The decision usually needs to be made for them. If Hart did make the decision you can bet your a** he did it with Pat's best intentions as well as the University. I applaud him for making the tough decisions. I couldn't have done it. But either way I am certain the best decision was made.

Ruining Harts reputation at the expense of dragging her dear and loyal friend through the mud in the process......thats how it looks so far to me with everything that I have seen.

Dave Hart is the best athletic director that I can ever remember us having, period! He not only has athletic and financial expertise, but he has clout with SEC office and respect among his peers.

I have all the respect and admiration for Pat Summit that anyone could have, but Dave Hart is doing his job and doing it well!

Jennings should be ashamed, but she is what she is. People do this crap all the time. The less attention she gets the better it will be for all of us. Hart's a good AD, hope it goes well for him.

I support Dave Hart. A person with dementia is not fit to coach a college team. Also its Bama, not "O Bama" .
