Official Selection Sunday Thread

I'm just saying what so many of us are thinking. You know the next several years this program will sink back into mediocrity and be irrelevant under CCM. Maymon, McCrae, Stokes, Richardson---all gone. No talent left. Martin hasn't shown the ability to get the best out of his players this year---and we actually have some talent. Just wait until next year. Sigh

In a tournament of 64, we would have been left out. Hard to fathom.

I'm happy to be in the tournament, but the team has underachieved to this point this season, and that's disappointing.

But like someone posted earlier this week, they still have an opportunity to change the way we remember them.

Here's to hoping UT plays with a major chip on their shoulders, play hard, and use it as motivation to dominate rather than slouching into the game and getting blown out by a team who lost 6 of last 7...

Our Rpi is 15 higher than Iowa and 5 higher than the next best play in.... Smh tuck the fourney!

I agree. Our RPI seems a lot higher than our seed reflects.

No wonder NC State got in and we're in the play in game...The chair this year is the AD at Wake Forrest....sorry we kicked your teams A## man....smdh

TN played 3 of the 4 number 1 seeds this year, beat VA by 30, almost beat Wichita State at their house, and came down to last possession or two with last couple games with Florida. We aren't that good but played better than a play in game.

I do think if we swept A&M and beat Vandy there we are a solid 8 or 9 seed without play in
