just ordered some from Costco. I don't know if you guys have ordered from them before but its usually decent stuff at a lower price, and their CS is unmatched. I tried to order a new cushion for some furniture because it had water stains. It wasn't supposed to stain according to them, so they sent me another no charge, without me even asking.

They can tell when their stuff stains that they said wouldn't stain without even looking? Awesome.

Yep. Then the cushion company told me a replacement would be $700. Then Costco was following up said they wanted to check warranty and product info. I told them the whole thing was a hassle and their cushion company was robbing their customers. Some lady emailed me back saying they were sending one out and that was that.
Also know a guy who took back a 5 yr old fake Christmas tree and got another one.

I've sworn off Costco, they pissed me off right before I left Illinois

I go thru the door with my wife's card, they let me in...
I've got my two kids with me, and pick up a couple of outdoor items about $300 bucks worth of stuff

The place was packed...I wait in line about 20 minutes, then when I get to the register they wouldn't let me check out, because it was my wife's membership card

I asked the guy are you serious, and he sent me to the Customer Service Desk...

I went off...Gave them the card back, and cancelled the membership...Then Monday called the District Manager and told him, if their not going to sell you something with the card they check when you enter they shouldn't let you in just to waste your time, if their just going to deny you at the register...

So I would say Costco Customer Service sucks...

I have stopped taking any new cases. I am just finishing up the ones I have now. Some i will have to have attorneys make appearances for me after I leave. I'll start working in Nashville around 9/2/13.

nice, a 2-3 week period to get settled in a new house will really help your wife

No need. Salem Drive is on a hill. All the water runs down the hill to Briarwood
