Not getting much information and actually many of the players do not know who is on official roster and who is not or on travel roster for this weekend. They are just glad they are. Mine said "well I made the travel roster". I said that was a no brainer and he said as tough as this team is there is no no brainers. I agree. You can only have so many and some will get left out and that is tough. For some, they will be looking.

I’m counting 43 on the roster, so that means 3 are being redshirted, and only 32 of the 40 can be on scholarship. Interesting decisions to be made…

A couple of Frosh pitchers aren't on the roster that came out today but were on the roster that was published yesterday.

So the UTSports roster does not include 38 Daniel Parris (RHP) or 42 Bryson Thacker (LHP) but does include 57 Hunter Sloop (RHP). I would assume the UTSports roster is the official one.

That would explain the 42 folks on roster via utsports.com. Only 40 can be on official NCAA roster. I’m not sure how many can travel but assume it’s around 27? @preacherman20, do you know how many are on travel roster?

Outside of SEC play you can take the whole university if you like…….SEC play was 27 at one point and if it’s not still, it’s close to it.

Who was that player from last year that semed to always be in the dugout but redshirting who wore glasses and had the top button on his jersey unbuttoned? I was thinking he looked like a pitcher. I looked at the roster to see who he was and I can't find him.

Tommy Wilcox from Newport Beach, CA—he was a redshirt Junior last year. He was a Pitcher.

IIRC, there’s only 4 out of 41 on the official roster who haven’t played yet: LMK if I’m mistaken...
