. . .saw the entire press conference from my office desk here in Wash, D.C. (not getting much work done!) :)

I've got to say that I'm excited to see how this all plays out! I like how he said that speed of success will, to a large degree, depend on how quickly the players "buy in" to what the new staff will teach.

has anyone been able to watch the video on utsports.com? it tells me this media is not available. the other site didn't work for me either.

So what i got out of it is that UT will be run similarly to USC. No lock ins at the depth chart. Competition every week for the #1 spot. HELL YEAH!

just got back home and am watching it on utsports. i bet john adams felt strange asking a question at a press conference

I'm not sure...Patrick Turner??? same kind of player. Good, but not a game breaker....and don't watch the highlights of the state championship game. that was a man against toddlers. I do hope he comes to UT though. I hope I'm wrong about him.

Was hoping Kiffin would give VN a shout out when he said "all the internet boards will be happy" when talking about being patient about the staff and how we all want it to be done in a day.

after he cracked that florida joke, he got comfortable and started going off about work ethic and getting everything rolling.
