All I can say is I conducted hundreds of job interviews, and I think I can tell BS from honest straight talk. I am buying in as I hope the team does. They are the only ones that really matter.

Interesting comment as I couldn't help but think that he would interview well. Unbridled enthusiasm goes a long way. Add to that some relevant experience and your hired.
