I've recorded webcasts before using real player. Problem is, you can't start recording until the stream begins without a dvr application.

EDIT: On volunteertv.com they have a box that seems to be live. If it's coming on that stream then just start the recording whenever you want.

Yea but I am on a PowerPC iMac and apparently that program hates my setup.

The stream isn't available yet, but you should at least see a commercial if he hit watch live on the event.

I could never get it to work right with firefox, but I did get it to work with IE.

You might try it with Safari? I DL the Silverlight and it works on my Mac

On Firefox I think all you need to do is enable scripts. It works on mine.
