It won't cause our luck with coaching hires is dreadful.
I read that Norvell makes $900k already and won't leave for less than 7 figures. His hire would probably create a rift in the staff because he would double the salary of the DC and everyone else in staff. Hart would have to be willing to give the entire staff raises in addition to a $1 million salary for Norvell.

Wait. If DeBord has already been chosen, why are they still interviewing? I mean the board has already had a semi-meltdown... they have to hire DeBord now, don't they?

Yeah, he is a really intriguing candidate. I read, however, that Vanderbilt offered to double his salary and he turned them down. So, it may take a good deal to get him. Of course, this job has to be more attractive than the Vanderbilt one, despite what alot of the low bar setters here like to say.
