UT lets us know as soon as they receive the fax. A kid could sign the papers, have a party, a ceremony etc and then fax them. To the guys hounding you about putting it up as soon as a kid signs, it's ridiculous. Austin Smith signed his hours ago, but he just hasn't faxed it in yet
