Chargers have been a thorn in Peyton's side his whole career and i hate Rivers. Saints started because they drafted Reggie Bush and escalated when they beat Indy in the SB and i went to NO the next week and all i heard was "Who Dat" and there was SB champion crap everywhere.

He hit him with his shoulder pads. It was a hard hit, but that doesn't by default make it dirty.
