A really good place that has more than I have seen on other sites is moddingway.com. There is a modder there names AmaroWaade that has just about everything from CF, arenas, jumpsuits, shoes, and just about every other moddable thing in NBA2K11 for the PC

You download the file then go to your NBA2K11 game saves file and put it in there. You will find this file under C: Users/yourname/appdata/roaming/2ksports. Then when you run your game, you go to the load/save then load that file that is in your rosters file and there you have it

Forced you to run plays in My Player mode, among other things. Ruined My Player mode though.
