Official Nashville Predators Thread

I have decided to follow the Preds more closely this year. Like watch every game as opposed to the occasional game. Good physical sport where tennessee has a team. Many fans on here?

I don't remember the year but I went to a game that got us into the playoffs and the stadium was crazy afterwards. Pretty sweet, made me appreciate hockey/Preds more.

I decided to do the same a couple years ago and it is so fun to watch once you learn the rules and strategies. Also preds fans are sweet. Let's get a cup this year

Got to check out the first day of training camp. Was probably most impressed with Kamanev. During the 3v3 period toward the end of the second session he dangled through all 3 defenders & created a good chance. Was pretty filthy.

I don't remember having kids in camp that put on a show, if they did Slats was sure to send them elsewhere for "playoff parts" that worked out 0% of the time.

Well, I'll be going out of my way to listen to hockey on the radio and send random emails to whomever needs to read them about how much I enjoy Pete. Ironically, I always liked Daunic on the radio and pre game. Nothing to him personally, it's just bull**** is all.

I realize trading Shea would cause a "frenzy' a la Chris Fowler, but if I were GM he would've been mansion shopping in Edmonton yesterday.

Eberle, Klefbom, Nail, and a 1.

That's a nice package but if Shea's getting traded, a number one center absolutely has to be in the return.

I love Klefbom but we could bring back more than Yak & Eberle.

And I actually agree with trading him though. It would be strange to get rid of the face of the franchise but he would bring the best return & Josi, Jones Ekholm & Ellis is a nice top 4 especially if Jones develops the way he should.

I wouldn't be against trading him either. I'd argue Rinne is almost as much of the "face of the franchise" as Weber.

I agree on a true #1 center needing to be the main thing in return.

Lol. It ain't 1993 and Weber sure as shat isn't Brian Leetch (dodging debris from the Nashville faithful)

What about Weber for the twins and a pick assortment

We can't have our top three centers all be 35.

Something around Krejci+, Couture+, or Nuge+ have all been mostly agreed on by a lot of posters on HF.

Edmonton fans said they'll do it next year after mcdavid gets his feet wet this year.
