I get that the loss stinks...but are the fans still booing (was that booing?) while the speaker was saying how good of a crowd and host city Nashville had been? If so, that kind of made the fans (and city) look bad.

Eh, I don't really care about booing in any sport. You just got beat for a championship on home court. Let the fans give it to the league and opposing team.

Good initially for the send off of the team...bad when it turned to a lot of booing after the team was off the ice.

It's the timing though. Even if the ending sucked or made you angry, booing while he's talking you up and your city...just doesn't come off well.
