Any update on Rinne? Seems updates are few and far between. Sounds like there's little chance we see him on the ice by the end of the year?

There has been rumors around that he's "supposed" to start practicing next week but I highly doubt it. Somebody on HF said they saw him this past weekend & he was still hobbling around on crutches not getting around very well at all. I think the absolute best best scenario is he comes back after the Olympic break.

I wish they'd rest him all year & have him 100% healthy for next season. Hips are vital to a goalies longevity.

Sounds like a Maymon situation. They're just gonna keep pushing back the date until before you know it, he's out until mid-February.

Meh..not really a setback. Just being cautious.

I agree though I wish he would just rehab this season & offseason. Come back strong for next year.

By God Poile will go all out at the deadline for Witt, bonk, Foppa, AK, gaustad, SK74, etc etc etc

But a backup goalie after your all world starter goes down in October, nah. Stand pat.

That was a fun hockey game.... I'm sure trot stomach turned at the final buzzer with all the goals.

He looked like someone killed his puppy in post game and make Howard said, "come on coach your guys played great tonight"

Stale voices in the locker room and an offseason with plenty to spend and we grab every available 3rd liner. So then when your all world goalie missed 2/3 the season you have no ****ing room to get someone worth a damn.

It's ok, preds hockey will save us, dump the puck and give up 4+ goals a game 17 times already this year. Starting to get tired of settling with what once worked and clearly isn't now.
