Official March Madness Thread

Before the tourney, I would have said just beat Davidson and I'd be happy. But now, definitely the goal is the E8. Cinci is the weakest 2 (IMO), so the FF is a very real possibility as well.

Lol, I’ve been saying most of the season this team reminded me of their 14 team. Young team that got worse throughout the season, but turned it around in the post season. They’re definitely not as good as that 14 team but the circumstances might allow them to make a comparable run.

I still think Cincy is a better team and will go to the F4

Seems like it could be wrapped in several inches of padding. But sitting him down gives Butler a better chance of winning and creates another Cinderella storyline.

The NCAA's narrative of looking out for player's welfare is a joke. If they were they'd have something in place to take care of the needs of players with life long injuries... but instead it's better to pay coaches and administrators millions.

A little late but this was published this week in the news sentinel

I flip-flopped a ton this year. Had high hopes for Knox and Diallo, mainly the latter. The injuries and dysfunction, combined with Calipari whining all year really made me give up in the middle. Didn't think this team could find a way to win the SECT and do much in the postseason.

I don't really think Cincy is that good, but who knows...maybe they can surprise me.

It truely is a crapshoot. I watched Syracuse in the play in game and they looked like total garbage. Now here as an 11 they beat a 3. It's just bounce of the ball, officials calls and sometimes pure luck in many of these games. Heck, Syracuse made two silly turnovers and gave MSU a bunch of chances in the last 30 seconds and still won.

Syracuse plays that tough zone and wants you to take 3's all game. Michigan State took nearly 40 and just couldn't hit anything. Reminiscent of UK vs. WVU in 2010.

Starks wanted in on the action. He just needs to facilitate when his teammates are playing like they are
