Something I have never seen before but the rules need to be changed imo.

UMBC with about 10 min left started taking the ball in bounds after made shots very slowly and then allowing a few more seconds run off the clock before touching the ball. The shot clock doesn't start until touched so a good 5-6 extra seconds ran off the clock at times.

Imo the shot clock should start after the ball is inbounded

I didn't see this, but the other team could actually pressure the ball instead of laying back.
