Official: Manning Passing TD (Season) Record Countdown [51]

I think it would be weird rooting for an individual player rather than a team. What do you do when they retire?

This sums up why it's hard for me to root for TEAMS in the NFL.

I generally root for former Vols to play well.

Only needs to throw 2 TDs in the last two games to get the record. That's if he doesn't throw one more tonight.

I'm starting to think this season is going to end well for Manning in the record books, yet another playoff exit before the Super Bowl. I just don't trust the Broncos' defense.

At times they look like world beaters yet still manage to give up 20 points. It's frustrating.

Hopefully, Peyton will either tie or break the record against the Titans!

Dolphins beat the Pats today so Broncos are still 1st for now. They should beat the Titans and Raiders and be the #1 seed!

51 TD's Hopefully he'll throw 4 TD's against the Titans!

You do realize they already played last week, don't you?

That awkward pause the moment when someone's realized they've just made a fool of themselves.

What are the chances he breaks it this week?

Seems like he should be able to but when defenses know a record like this is on the line they will sell out on the pass to prevent it being broken on them. Especially since they have nothing else to play for. If that's the case Manning will just hand it off.

I would think he could get 3 tomorrow, as the Texans are awful. But then again he only had 2 against the Jaguars and most thought he'd have a field day with them.

What I think will be interesting is if they wrap up homefield this week, how they'll deal with next week. What if that happens and say he only gets 1 tomorrow. Does he play the whole game next week to try and get it?

If KC or NE win today they will be forced to play next week.

There's 1 as I type this.
