I think Belgium is pretty solid. Id say they are a little bit better than Portugal, but nothing extraordinary.

They do have four CBs on their backline which we could take advantage of except we have basically no quality wide players. You could consider Fabian Johnson one but he is a fullback playing out of position.

I think we'll see Julian Green for the first time in the WC on tuesday.

Also think about this, most of Klinsman subs will be our future of this team. Brooks, Yeldin, and Johannsen have played in this WC. Diskerud and Green are still super young also. The future is very bright

"I keep on telling them, ‘It is not that easy,’ but I guess the guys can only come and try to find out themselves," he argued. "They have to come here and notice, especially one thing that used to be hard for me in the beginning was the travel.

"And also playing through the summer, it’s brutal. Playing two times, 45 minutes and being able to stop and drink only at halftime in Houston, in Dallas or even in New York or in Philly, it is not an easy task. So I say to the guys, ‘If you don’t know about the league then don’t talk. Come and play, and you’ll see.’"

I think Zusi is good enough to take advantage of it. He's not especially athletic, but just enough and will find himself with plenty of space to put the ball in from out wide.

I think Zusi has played pretty well. Who does everyone think of the field players has performed the best so far in the cup? I really like what I've seen from Jones, Dempsey, and Johnson.

He needs to figure out his crosses though. They've sucked so far

I have been really disappointed in Zusi. Outside of his cross to Dempsey, he has been awful. Terrible touch. MLS like touch. Always getting over run in the midfield. Every corner except one has been very bad.

Henry was a bad mofo in his day.

Oh yeah, I know. I remember him from back in my late teens. I'm not a "soccer guy," but from what I followed, I grew up with Thierry.

I was just pointing out how his comment about the heat/humidity and the amount of travel in the MLS/American soccer may reveal how the USMNT made it through the "Group of Death" in Brazil.
