Can't stand the guy when he's got San Jose kit on, but Wondo has booked his ticket to Brazil IMO. 2nd best player on the pitch behind Bradley.

can't argue with that.

Still playing with it in the back end a bit much at times, and we have given it away a few times on our side of the field which could have been bad

can't wait to see julian green (even if he doesn't do too much)

Man, that draw stings. US were the better side for 55-60 minutes of the game, and that offside for EJ was horrendous, as was the missed foul on Julian green.

Still more positives than negatives to be taken away though. Looks like the MLS homecoming hasn't hurt the big names.

That offside call was one of the worst I've seen in a long time. Overall though, solid performance by our boys. The lineup still needs a bit of tweaking, but Klinsmann knows what needs to be done there.

That being said, I hope this shows Klinsmann that MLS can be a good avenue for these guys, with them not necessarily having to play overseas. I prefer seeing our star players playing domestically. I think that, along with eventually luring big time players to MLS in their primes, is how we can get more folks here in the US watching.

Looks pretty close to me and our angle is still behind the players.

Great seats and fun game but I will never go back to Univ. of Phoenix stadium. We were within a mile of the stadium stuck on the freeway in traffic an hour before kickoff...we missed both of team USA's goals. City of Glendale can EAD.

Word is that Klinsmann loves Beckerman and it sounds like he's a lock for the WC squad.

Anyone else really uneasy with how few spots are for certain with our starting eleven and the World Cup is just 2 months out?

I mean in my mind, Besler, Johnson, Bradley and Howard are the only locks.

C'mon Dempsey and Donvan will be starters...Beasley will prob start at left back...Beckerman will start and prob play every min of every game, Klins loves him some hair...

Not sure if serious.

I probably disagree with every single thing you said.

Demps will start. LD is a toss up. I'd take Becks simply because he can help protect the backline. Which, our backline will Besler and Beasley and two other guys.

I'd love to put our best athletes out there and see Chandler, Fabian, and Cameron all together but that's just not going to happen.

To address your first question, no I am not concerned. I think he's promoting a competitive atmosphere and everyone is being challenged to secure their spot. Personally, I'd want him to challenge Howard more with Guzan.
