She's pissed or excited? I have no clue how anyone could tell with those tweets

The twitter replies seem to indicate its more negative than positive. It's a bit vague, though. Just looking at the language, I got more of a negative vibe but that's a heavy dose of confirmation bias built in to that analysis.
