I hardly post but have read every comment on the Gruden Thread. I appreciate the guys bringing information and hope they stick around and keep bringing. If it?s a troll, then that is on them but I choose to read and sit back and be patience. Time is on our side, no reason to doubt those guys and hope they do come back. Enjoy!!!!!

Mam, people need to chill all over from every avenue here guys.

It is simple:
Something has happened and something has been decided, we'll find out when we are supposed to find out.

We either have who we want, or we have the beginning of the end for many in and around UT at some point down the road. Both in the athletic and academic realms.

Curry is taking the heat and is earning his paycheck right now. I do not believe he is this stupid, so that only means something good. Everyone say it, relax.

We will either be happy, or we won't. I still think we will be happy.

That's what I keep telling myself. That Currie can't possibly be this stupid and out of touch with the fan base. That he actually has a plan to bring a great coach here. For the sake of our program, I hope so.

I just hope the discussion stays as thought provoking, as interesting and as fun as it has been. It's easy to get emotional and react emotionally. But, as critical thinkers, we know that we must control emotion and react logically and base our responses off of the facts provided.

For me, one of the most intriguing and confidence boosting fact is the absolute silence from all parties involved.

• Butch says nothing has changed in Currie's support of him and the team and focus is on Southern Miss, yet nothing to support or or refute this from Currie.
• Bold statements and multiple rumors flying around that have changed from laughable that Gruden would come to Gruden is in play and UT is throwing piles of money at him, swinging for the fence. Yet nothing to support or refute all of this from either the AD or the Gruden side.
• No public support for Butch from prominent, respected figures in UT Athletics as has been the case in the past.

So, for me, the most obvious and most telling fact is the complete and total Silence. JMHO

I wished the AD,AA, boosters and Currie can all get together and get it done this week too much fighting between Vols isn’t good. I hate watching games because I don’t know who to pull for....Tennessee or other team hoping that Butch will be gone following week. I am not doing it anymore. I will pull for Tennessee even if the so called higher ups doesn’t know how to run athletic department.

If Freak would make ol'Sarge a mod. I'd take care of all the issues with these posters coming in here to cause trouble. I literally, spend at least 15 plus hours a day on this site and have since I joined. I know I have no life. But in my defense, I am married have 2 children and work from home. The only time I am not on is when I sleep. There is no discrimination worries as I hate everyone equally and think everyone is equally worthless. But I am fair and impartial.
