Plus, the Polish word for December is "grudzien," which shares an etymology with "gruden". So the 3rd of December could totally be it.

Sexton is Mullen’s agent. He’s losing Butch’s big contract with UT. He’s gonna float Mullen around as a candidate at UT for either a) the actual HC job, b) leverage in negotiations with another school, or c) leverage with renegotiating MSU contract.

Whichever it is, we’ll be hearing a lot about Mullen, most likely coming from the Sexton camp.

It's possible, but I have to believe that Gruden is going to be as discreet as possible about this process. Especially as long as Butch is still in place. They're friends to some degree, and I think it would degrade the FFCA that he leads.
