Yeah, there's a number of names out there who would fit the bill. Both in Gruden's past and present. I think if it's Gruden, he brings an All-Star staff, and he's the CEO of UT Football.

If it is Gruden, he will build a model that will keep Saban up late at night, and it's going to be a lot of fun to watch.

He pretty much nailed it. The control issues are more in line with things that had to be done to allow us to truly have a chance to compete for championships. They were slowly taken away starting back with LBM. Athletics and academics will pretty much be separate entities which is how it has to be.
