My first pro football game was the StL Cardinals vs GB Packers in the old Bush Stadium..the new Park is nice but the old Stadium had all the ghosts. Went to a lot of games in that old stadium.

I never saw the football Cards in St Louis, but I did see them play in the Liberty Bowl, although it was called Memphis Memorial Stadium at that time. IIRC, the great Jim Bakken kicked a field goal late to win the game. I have many memories of Busch II including being there with my late father when Tom Lawless hit a home run in game 4 of the 1987 World Series, it was a lot of fun and brings back a ton of great memories!

So if the family meeting rumor is true, then the MOU rumors are not? He wouldn't have signed an MOU without having the family meeting first right

Jon Reid is going to share his Gruden stuff next on fox sports radio, supposedly confirmed information. (disclaimer for the mouth breathers, I have no idea if this is true. I am simply passing along for others to hear and make their own determinations)

Never been a more accurate description than mouth breather...:post-4-1090547912:

Anything radio is willing to report is likely two weeks old. Plus the whole thing was satirical. I'm guessing they pull that off of Twitter.

So was it ever confirmed that he was at the game??? I mean no matter where he was at in Neyland someone would have had to have seen him right? Or is it possible for someone to get in and out without being seen?

I have to activate the Russell Smith filter on my new work car radio. I'd forgotten to do that.

Or the family meeting is to inform them that he's accepting, and he and Cindy have already agreed.

Butch isn't stepping down anytime soon so I guess there is time. Braves use to and do again send a caravan of players around and Chattanooga is one of the stops. Usually scrubs but in the 70's it was the good ones. Murphy,Niekro,Cox and the Braves had gotten Hrobosky and he was there. My buddies and I were early teens and met Murphy first. He was great even offered us doughnuts.Second Niekro, my friend had like 15 Niekro baseball cards and he signed everyone. Then Hrobosky,He had a giant diamond watch on and I said,"look at his watch. " I was pointing and grazed his arm. He looked up at me with the scowl when he was closing games.Mind you we are like 13,14 yrs. old. Stared straight into my eyes, raised his voice and said,"Don't you ever touch me." To this day don't know if it was a put on or he was for real. Sorry for the time guys. GRUDEN

From what I know about Al, he was probably serious, but like most of us I think he has mellowed a lot. LOL
