Ain't that the truth. LMAO.

From my perspective, they are just Wants; Needs; or Tools. What they are to each party is really how each individual party may view them.

One may see them as a Tool to move a Need to a Want, or a Tool to distract or confuse. Where things break down is one party refusing to accept that their perceived Need is really a Want. This is where I have concern ... egos getting in the way of closing the deal or not really understanding (or caring about) the ramifications of their BATNA.

Not necessarily true.

He could be announced as the next HC, and then just finish out his contract at ESPN. Wouldn’t be that big of a reach. Especially if ESPN knows he’s gonna canned as they downsize. At this point, they probably just want to free up that $6.5 million a year.

Not sure who' the person that posted this is but an interesting spin why the media was put in alert because if they wanted an interim and Butch was gone it would have leaked by now. I guess we will see tomorrow.

The Broncos Tweeted this video with Gruden in it. The last question is the interesting part. The human body gives many clues that might not be expressed otherwise. He smiles as the question is being asked. Gives a bland response, and qualifies his response multiple times with “you never know what will happen”. Coincidence, maybe, but a little optimism never hurt.

Biggest thing giving me hope here is that media outlets have been talking about Gruden to Tennessee, VFL's have been tweeting about Gruden to Tennessee, Vol Nation and every other forum has been, we will say, slightly obsessed about Gruden to Tennessee, and Jon Gruden has been absolutely silent on the matter. Other than a visit to the South Carolina game.
