My confidence in our administration is the root of my doubt in hiring Gruden. I understand there are some new "players", but there are still some older ones.

That said, I refuse to believe there is nothing going on and this is exactly what it seems.

UT can't afford to screw the pooch this time around. Many of the names floated about have shady pasts or no real head coaching experience at the college level. We can't afford to take a chance no matter the celebrity status. However, I will support the next hire the same as I have the current and previous coaches (except Kiffin; I hate that MF'er).

I agree with you about Kelly and Patterson. The AD needs a big name hire. The fan base cant tolerate another Google coach. Too much risk

I am sick of losing.
I am tired of overpaid underachieving coaches.
I am tired of said coaches being a national punchline.
I am sick of the looks of pity from the fans of our rivals.
I am sick and tired of hoping against hope that the people in charge will suddenly wake up and actually start caring about winning.
I am sick of going through coaching searches every 3-5 years hoping that we will get the level of coach that we deserve only to have to do a Google search when a hire is announced.
I am tired of insider information.
I am sick of being told to have faith and be patient.

It is more than obvious what should be done.
Why is it not being done?

For me, the time of getting excited over insider's cryptic posts has passed. All of that news, good or bad, is meaningless until Currie does something.
Enough is enough.
It's time for him to sh!t or get off the pot.

And before you ask me how I know, I work for a cable company, also just checked my guide which I get cable from my job, and it says Butch Jones show, most likey the Comcast file got messed up some how

I am trying to wrap my brain around why Currie would be so out in the open per say, by being photographed scowling the last 2 weekends. Is he trying to project an image of being not happy, like he is aware of what we already know? Or, is he trying to appear like the hard nose manager that we want him to be, but in turn he actually is not? Just seems odd.
