Anyone who thinks this tesm doesn't have glaring holes is kidding themselves.

I see issues at O Line, WR, linebacker and at CB. QB remains to be seen but development is an issue for sure.

These issues will take at least a year or two to iron out IMO. So the next coach coming in has some very distinct challenges. Is this an issue with coaching, talent or both? How long does it take to find these issues?

Talent isn’t the issue. It’s the develop of that talent that’s in question, along with poor game management and preparation by the coaching staff
