This. UTVE our info has lined up for the most part and definitely from different places. I still feel this is what happens too based on what I posted earlier in the week👍🏼

I just can’t imagine, even with a win over Ky, after the Ga beat down, SC embarrassment and the Bama nuking that Currie would have the balls to march Butch out on the field at HOMECOMING as if he’s accomplished something. Just can’t see it. Too many VFL’s will be there. Homecoming is too joyous of an occasion to have a lame duck coach be on the sidelines.

So you're saying Butch is gone, Gruden is done, and staff is being put in place?

Here's what I believe to be true:

1. Butch's departure has been agreed upon.
2. Once Butch is formally and publicly no longer coach, Gruden will be announced at a point in time calculated to generate the most positive publicity for UT.
3. As part of negotiations with UT, Gruden has identified the major pieces of his staff. They are big pieces, and figured in to the overall negotiations with the University.

If Gruden is the coach to be, this is the most likely scenario IMO.

Haven't been on here much. After Butch is fired can they announce the hiring of Gruden before his Espn contract is up? Or will they have to wait until it runs out at the end of the year? Didn't know if he could finish his contract out while assembling a staff and recruit.

Yes. His first coaching job was a GA under majors.

After my divorce some friends told me half your age plus 7 years. I thought that was a little too much of an age difference, but I will stick with this formula. Though women closer to my age rock and interest me more.

That's why you don't want Butch at homecoming because it is a special environment. Butch being there would make everyone depressed and empty seats
