1. He's miserable.
2. He's angry.
3. All if the negative makes him look bad.
4. Negative media hurts his ability to sell himself at another big job.
5. At the end of the season he'll have to compete with other, more successful coaches for job openings.
6. He wanted to leave last year.
7. Gruden is coming and hell is coming with him.

Good post Boro. I think the pressure on his family is the main reason he wants out so bad.I am sure his wife and boys are feeling the heat. We ate two of our own alive for not winning enough.

I still key in on one word from MIT..."RELAX". I still think Butch goes through until the end of season, but look for him to be gone the week of November 27. I say this because, "HE" is coming. All will be right again...SOON!

Just keep in mind we had a Beaver equivalent in 2012 that had direct (?) info from the AD.....and we don't have Gruden. Even if the AD himself says we're getting Gruden, don't rely on it as some sort of prophecy. IMO until he's on campus with a clipboard taking paychecks from the University, there's no reason to relax.

I literally heard the same thing although it is not haslams old house. Actually he is looking at a house of someone I went to high school with, which is in butch’s neighborhood or pretty close at least.

Butch's house warming gift for Gruden...

"This has nothing in particular to do with Gruden but still an interesting bit of info. Apparently Monday evening of this week Butch Jones and Barb signed with a realtor from Alliance Sotheby's to list their Knoxville home on Oakleigh Way. I have a few friends in real estate in the Knoxville area, so I'm trying to see if they can get me screenshots off of the MLS to post if it's up there yet."

Here’s my thought:

If he negotiated a lower buyout, it’s because it’s a guaranteed payment and could not be reduced if he took another coaching opportunity before the payments were up.

Orlando.. do you know of any antique wood dealers in that area? I'm trying to move my products into the Florida market. I have picked up a couple new buyers but I was told Orlando was one of the best markets for barnwood in the state. The margins are unreal.

But I'm having trouble locating buyers in the area.

If you know of anyone please let me know. Builders, dealers, anyone.

This is where a lot of my clients source material:

Flea and Farmer's Market

There are a few dealers there that have barn wood/reclaimed wood... Maybe that could help you?

Also, I get my supply of wood from:

Reclaimed Wood Orlando

Maybe reach out to them about becoming a vendor?

This is exactly why I was of the opinion to believe that a buyout deal was done.

Makes perfect sense for Butch to negotiate for guaranteed extra money.

Hell nooooo....could you imagine listening to him for 3 hours straight????

I would rather listen to Lou Holtz recite every word in the "S" section of the dictionary on repeat for a month than hear the words "individual", "resilient", or any other of his diatribe for an entire game.
