Was just telling my buddy who owns a real estate company in Knoxville how hard it is to find good commercial real estate in Nashville. Opening a business and can’t find anything worth a crap to lease. Did not realize how hot the market is in Nashville.

what is you guys take on the Knoxville/Nashville thing. Im moving down there, my job is in both locations, Im 36 years old, 3 kids, not really into the party scene, Ive been thinking knoxville is the better for family, you guys have any thoughts on it?
