MIT has everyone mesmerized and I’m buying it because the other threads of “bringing in Cutcliffe” suck that bad. I honestly expect it all to be fake and we end up with a hack. I thought it was obvious, but there is a lot to keep up with here. I’m all in with MIT cause that’s a lot more fun then the alternative right now. I can barely fathom having him as our coach and the staff he could bring. We deserve it dang it!

I do find it interesting that all the grumors are out there but very little about other coaches rumor wise other than peoples wish list. If nothing else makes me think that they will not move on until he tells them a firm no. I’m no lawyer but if they did come to a buy out agreement I would have to think that it included language of a “date” to which people would be free to discuss with potential coaches for a “hire” date.

I will say this, I just logged into my Real Estate system and I can confirm Gruden owns 3 properties in Jefferson County. I will keep checking to see if that updates and the new rumor he bought more property. All 3 were bought 2005-2006.
