Honestly, if it isn't Gruden, just bring him back. Not worth the buyout to risk it on another "up and comer".

At this point, I'd give Fulmer a chance to finish the season. That way we can see for certain if Shoop is being hamstrung (the defense is pretty stout, but gassed) and whether or not the offense just sucks or is being micromanaged.
