I just don’t understand the rationale to keep him through the bama game. Cut him out and get on with it. You had 2 weeks to prepare for SOUTH CAROLINA-AGAIN. Please Currie, end this tonight.

well after this loss I think it went from most likely speculation of getting fired to a confirmed 100 % getting fired if that makes sense:) I'm done with this season until an interim is named

On the plus side, despite all the garbage going on the field, I thought our fans had a respectable showing today in front of Gruden (other than those leaving early). Decent turnout and not a lot of boobirds. Hopefully left a good impression on him. Kinda like a recruiting visit.

Very quiet.

I'm waiting for it to scroll along the bottom of my T.V. that "Butch Jones has been fired from the University of Tennessee". I hope Monday morning they give the interim job to Hoke. Then get Gruden locked up ASAP and announce it when they do.

An interim has a better chance to string together some wins if he didn't lead then through Tuscaloosa.

I'd keep Butch to suffer for Alabama. If for no other reason than for morale with the new interim HC to finish strong. Nothing more deflating for a team with an interim than to get blanked and embarrassed. Let it be Butch's sacrifice.

I think the elephant in the room (pun intended) is Butch’s job. All the players know it’s a hot topic and they have to feel the tension around the program. Especially if many of them just don’t like him. Once that tension is gone, everyone can play loose and relaxed. That’s my take anyway.
